Diplocon Services and Products Guarantee
Diplocon (we, our) provides paid services and sells information products. The effectiveness of our services and information products depends upon the effort the client/purchaser puts into the process.
Although we will make our best efforts to assist clients, Diplocon cannot guarantee that clients will use our services to their fullest value and benefit. We cannot guarantee that any entity will hire our clients regardless of the joint effort of Diplocon staff and the client. We do guarantee that we will provide personalized high standard services to our clients as described on our “services” page and in our promotional literature. If after initial assessment of their professional capabilities we determine a prospective client is not ready to proceed with fully utilizing our services, at no extra charge we will make our best efforts to help them formulate and execute a plan to be ready to begin with the overseas job search process in the shortest time feasible. Any prepaid fees will be held in reserve until the client completes the plan, provided the client makes consistent reasonable efforts. Note; no prepaid fees are required for the client to receive initial assessment and advice to formulate a plan (we are happy to provide complementary advice to prospective clients to help them assess their skills prior to any monetary transaction so they can focus on acquiring education and training if warranted). This is mentioned in case a client decides to purchase our services without fully understanding (despite our best efforts to help them) the requirements for working overseas or the position they may be seeking.
Diplocon cannot guarantee that clients will use our information products to their fullest value and benefit. We cannot guarantee any desired outcome. We do guarantee that the information provided is as accurate as we are able to provide, and that the products are reasonably priced considering the value they can provide to a purchaser that is willing to fully utilize them.
Diplocon will provide partial refund of money paid for services depending upon the amount of services utilized by the client (e.g. client utilizes 70% of a service purchased, Diplocon will refund 30% of the purchase price). If a refund is requested, Diplocon reserves the right to request the client clearly identifies the perceived deficiency in our services so that we can attempt to correct the perceived deficiency and complete the service as purchased*. If after such attempts the client still perceives deficiency, a partial refund will be provided up to 180 days after purchase.
*This is also requested so that we can provide better service to subsequent clients.
Diplocon will provide refund of purchase price of information products produced by Diplocon** if the purchaser is not satisfied with the value of the product as assessed by objectively comparing the usefulness of the information versus the price paid. We will refund the full purchase price up to 30 days after purchase, 50% of purchase price between 30 and 60 days, no refund beyond 60 days from purchase. Diplocon reserves the right to request that, upon requesting refund the purchaser provides a critique of the product so that, in the event there is a deficiency that might negatively affect subsequent purchasers, it can be corrected for future versions of the product.
**Any affiliate products shall, to the best of our knowledge and our affiliate policies, be guaranteed by the producer of the product.
